Activists of the AT network (Niš and Dimitrovgrad) marked the European Anti-Trafficking Day by distributing educational pamphlets with basic information on human trafficking, as well as contacts of organizations, and talked to their fellow citizens about this problem. In 2007, the European Commission declared this day the European Anti-Trafficking Day in Human Beings because it wanted to draw the public's attention to the dangers and consequences of this problem, which is one of the most serious forms of human rights violations.

These activities are part of the project "Women's NGOs in cooperation with Roma organizations and institutions in the fight against human trafficking", which is supported by the OAK and the Trag Foundation.
