European Anti-Trafficking Day was marked by the members of Anti-Trafficking Network on October 18. AT Network make up eight non-governmental organizations from Belgrade, Niš, Vlasotince, Užice, Dimitrovgrad, Vranje, Zrenjanin and Vršac, which all went out into the squares of their cities distributing leaflets about the risks of human trafficking. Action in the Center of Zrenjanin Organized Succesfully. By organizing this action, the activists of the Pannonian Activist Organization wanted to draw citizens' attention to the fact that millions of children and half a million women a year become victims of human trafficking, and that anyone can fall victim to human trafficking, especially uninformed people.

In front of galleries in Dimitrovgrad, starting at 11: 00h, organized by the Independent Women's Center, marked the "European Day Against Human Trafficking", activists were distributing leaflets and razgovareale with citizens will on human trafficking.

In Belgrade aktivistiknje Astra, Autonomous Women's Center and Women in Black had a street action on the International Day against poverty and European Day against Human Trafficking. The action was very noticeable.

In the morning hours, the volunteers of SOS Vlasotince put up posters and handed out promotional material, talking to the citizens about the problem of human trafficking, as well as about refugees in our country. At the same time, they collected aid, that is, necessary things which were to be taken to refugees in Preševo on October 20. The citizens supported their activities regarding the human trafficking. In the afternoon, a workshop/discussion on this subject was held, as well as on the topic of peace and the importance of expanding and building networks among regional activists and fighting for the same cause. In this way, we support one another.

In order to mark the European Anti-Trafficking Day on October 18, the activists of the Center for Girls organized a street action in front of Kalča Business Center, in the area between Telenor shop and entrance to Tinkers alley, at noon.

By organizing this action, the activists of the Center for Girls wanted to draw citizens' attention to the fact that millions of children and half a million women a year become victims of human trafficking, and that anyone can fall victim to human trafficking, especially uninformed people. The street action lasted about an hour, during which 4 activists of the Center for Girls held a banner with a message: “Get Informed! Be on the alert! Don't allow yourself to become a victim of human trafficking! AT Network”, as well as an AT Network poster saying “Only United Can We Stop Human Trafficking”, handing out, at the same time, promo material informing citizens about the problem of human trafficking. Beside getting informed what human trafficking is, citizens also had the opportunity to find out in which cities the members of AT Network operate. The action was well noted by over 1,000 citizens. Several passers-by stopped to express their support.

Center for Girls from Niš street action marked this date. During the campaign activists were distributing leaflets and talking with fellow women citizens / has on human trafficking.
